What is wrong with soup?
Oh, of course I do it like this:
Monday: smoky corn chowder with black sesame crackers and hummus.
Tuesday: smoky corn chowder with a romaine wrap, tomato and soy turkey slices.
Wednesday: smoky corn chowder with a side of chopped asian slaw.
Thursday: smoky corn chowder with a nice green salad, red onion, cucumber, red pepper, oil and lemon.
Friday: smoky corn chowder with leftover grilled veggies.
Sometimes people ask me if I am tired of eating the same thing. I am not. I look forward to the luscious, warm and cozy lunch in the middle of an often frenetic workday. Good is good, right?
Even if it is soup everyday.
